 Mike Lowman has been building new homes in the Columbia area for over 20 years and served as the 2007 President of The Homebuilder’s Association of Greater Columbia. During his career in home building, Mike has been involved with sales, product design, and construction of over 1000 homes in the Columbia Area. In 2004 Mike formed Mike Lowman Homes, Inc. to bring together the best of all that he has learned from working for local and national homebuilders. He has strived to create a company that focuses on creating truly market driven designs coupled with superior building systems. His “Your Space” options allow customers to create personalized homes using pre-designed and pre-priced alternatives. The company objective is to offer every customer an opportunity to have the home of their desires by utilizing building systems that guarantee consistent delivery of superior quality homes at competitive prices. Mike Lowman Homes is currently building homes in four communities throughout Lexington and the Irmo/Dutch Fork area and can build on your land as well.
